Shopping...Wait For It...Trip!! A shop Called WOOD!

The fashion pimps are at it again, another shopping trip to showcase Manchester's finest fashion scene. So the three of us armed with a Digital Camera attacked one of our favourite joints, the end result is some photos and words that will introduce you to another (awesome) shop.

This article is about a shop which is called 'a shop called wood' ( the name is clearly inspired by the hiphop group 'A tribe called quest' this is a big 'plus' in our books). Yeah but forget about the 'shop called' part most dudes usually refer to it as 'wood'. Now more to the point, this shop is dope. It is an independent store and It has the best range of clothing in all of Manchester. If you like dressing good, no matter what your style is like. wood has what you're looking for. The store is really exclusive as well and that adds to it's greatness. It features brands you can't find anywhere else unless you're willing to pay an absolute fortune. Brands such as MHI by Maharishi,triumvir, YMC, Stussy, 10 deep and Levi's limited edition. If fine clothes are your thing and you don't have a clue where this shop is, you're really not doing it right.

If you're thinking yeah this shop sounds awesome and all, but I can't be bothered leaving Market st when I'm in town shopping, then you're playing yourself. It's almost compulsory to visit this shop if you're in Manchester and not just for the clothing either. The shop has a wide variety of accessories,limited edition footwear,art and toys (which if you're a 80/90s baby are sure to bring the nostalgic memories rushing back).

The guys at this store. Where do I start, everyone of them is a topman(more reason to stay away from the arndale). They all have great knowledge and are more than willing to help you out. Whether you're buying a hat for the winter or a new outfit for your birthday party, the guys at wood will give you the greatest advice about and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Finally, wood actually is a shop with a point. They're not one of those stores which is just there to sell commercial gimmicky clothing and make a ton of money (but who hates a ton of money, really??). The store and people there are very passionate in supplying you the best products around, before purchasing if you just stop and have a 30 second chat with anyone there this becomes very apparent. For this reason amongst others (the doods who work there and the stuff there being really damn cool) Wood gets the 'Wait for it....' stamp of approval.
