Dave White - Sgt. Robot Signing Event

I'm a big fan of Kidrobot and it would of been really cool if they had this event in Liverpool which is Dave's home city instead of the flagship Kidrobot store in NY. These are selling for 90 dollars each not signed but 400 dollars signed by the man himself. There were around 100 people in the line and most of them had a chance to meet Dave. There Sgt. Robot comes in a black and green with accessories (helmet, bazooka and dove). Hopefully the Goodall galley will have these in both colours so me and o2 can add to our collection.

Friday Link-up!

Contrary to popular belief, Moose & I do not spend every waking hour together (not yet, at least), this Friday we decided to meet-up and chill, because we spent the whole week doing 'revision', anyway, the usual happened; we bought some fresh gear. So here is a break down of what we bought:

First thing that got purchased was a suit for my University summer ball, I bought it from Slaters, the old guy helping us out was really friendly and fixed the pants to match my waist and chatted with us for more than 30mins, Moose & I are a hit with older guys (No Homo)


Second thing in list is the motherfucking MADVILLAIN himself. This "Kidrobot x MADVILLAIN" toy sold-out in 2007 and is very rare. I found it in at an art gallery on Friday and after a long discussion with my partner, we copped the thing. I know that you all want one, but you can't get none, it is a damn shame, just remember All Caps when you spell the man name.*

The Beatles Kubricks.

So imagine you're a Beatles fan. Actually forget that imagine you appreciate music and like memorabilia that represents epic moments in the history of it. Actually scratch that imagine you like awesome stuff. Most people do like awesome stuff, so if you're one of those people you'd probably appreciate this. This Kubrick is in memory of the greatest musical act of this century, arguably of all time. But the great part is you don't need to give a damn about the Beatles to like this. It looks really cool, it's a piece of art to an extent. Everything about it from how John has that massive chin and how Ringo's got a huge nose. It's a piece of pop art! Hello, I'm Insane!!!

Kid Robot is releasing this limited edition dunny (all of em are kinda limited but this one more so) tomorrow and by the looks of it,they're probably doing it for Halloween. The dunny which has no arms unlike most dunnys is not like most dunnys. The details are not drawn on, Kid Robot has actually used cotton for the straight jacket and vinyl for the mask to top it all off they've given it a bronze buckle on the back of the jacket and mask. Pretty damn cool, if you want one you can grab it from kid robot dot com tomorrow for $50 a small price to pay for an awesome collectible(it's not a toy).
